Arcane wyrms now tameable as... serpents!

I did find a cloud serpent with a diet though...

Of course I don't mind I just figured since it was a new model I'd introduce them in a separate thread, but your thread is still best for tracking.

OK, so it's pretty safe to say that mana wyrms aren't tameable. I know this seems strange given that they and arcane wyrms seem to be closely related. But, oh well, at least this is a foot in the door for the group. Maybe they'll be joined as a separate family in the future

wain I'm going to go ahead and say that this probably wont be the best of the new discoveries made on PTR. because a blizzard developer said we wouldn't believe what we are going to be able to tame in 5.1 and we haven't even found the spirit beasts. Am i correct in saying this?

Onyx Stormclaws from Shan'ze Dao island in Townlong. They do not have a diet on live but they do have one of just meat on PTR. I can post SS if needed, but it doesnt really prove anything, and I dont wanna derail this thread

Eeee! I was so excited to see these become tameable; closest I'll ever get to taming a Cloud Serpent, and they're so beautiful. Then I realised my stable is full...

No dammit, nooooooo!

That aside, I find it really interesting that the models being made tameable are the ones we wouldn't expect at all. It's a really nice surprise, even if my stable is now constanly under review. The pale one would have made an excellent spirit beast I reckon.

Woo! "Arcane Wyrm"s (the ones in Dragonblight) are not only tameable, they changed to the blue colour. So that's a third colour (at least) of arcane wyrm. They used to be the same purple as the ones by the Nexus.
