Direhorn skin changes?

Uuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it would seem Branko's blue stripes have been replaced with black stripes. O.o (I gotta say I kind of like it)

I'm on my way to check the others. If any of you have em tamed and notice a change feel free to share.

They also make stompy sounds now <_<

I only have red to check now. And flying is apparently no longer allowed on Isle of Giants. -_- So it's taking a while.

Edit: Only blue and green have seemed to change. every other skin is the same, and all of the devilsaurs look the same as well.

Ooh, the green looks much better with those stripes in my opinion.

I really like the darker blue as well.

Still sticking with red myself, but I think these are nice changes!

Wow, that's a surprise. The saturated blue one made me think that it was the same skin but the alpha mask wasn't working. But that green is entirely different so it's not just that!

I actually liked the more pastel shades, but these look good too.

Oh wow, those changes are tempting me towards the green. Lovely stuff, I like the change a lot.

Edit- actually, upon closer inspection, I'm not so sure. The stripes look awfully artificial, like they're painted on.

Cae and I have also found out that the blue devilsaur skin is darker. I'm thinking the others look the same...? But I'd need to see more comparisons.

Oh dear. That, THAT I am not happy about. Not at all. I had my heart set on that light blue one. Rather hoping this was a mistake, now! Why have two almost black Devilsaurs? >.<

mayhaps blizzard is taking those skins to use as Rare spawn pets similar to what they did with the tracking rares when mists launched. seems like the 3 skins they did change are the most iconic or popular among testers. we shall see. i would hate them if they just threw away to already great skins in favor of the new ones.

I really like the green Direhorn now. Green&Black is my thing. I'm really tempted with it now even though I've bonded with my orange one (named her Sarah after the dino in Land Before Time lol.)

Idk how I feel about that devilsaur though. I like it, but the lighter looked better.

Well I checked wow model viewer and the old skins are no where to be seen, so I'm guessing that's not likely. but it would be really nice if they had both variations. =/

i find it odd that blizzard a company that loves to reuse and hold onto as many of its artistic assets as possible would up and overhaul already great looking skins. maybe they will be re-added in a later build.

I might need to see these skins in game but.. Noo they changed my direhorn Styx! I loved the turquoise stripes as it is close to my favourite colour. D: I wonder if they made extra skins and have something planned for the ones they changed? I hope all of the skins make it into the game one way or another. More skins is good, but changing the ones we had is a bit.. Eh, why? They looked perfectly fine. (Wonder if they thought they weren't ferocious enough? Hm.)

I actually kind of like that devilsaur as it is pretty much spot on my favourite colour.

I really did like the lighter one too though, it was so reflective!

*throws her hands in the air* Well, that's a whole bunch of footage I have to reshoot AGAIN. x_x And no more flying, eh? Sigh.

Not sure how I feel about the changes....I'm just glad my personal choice of dire horn didn't change.
