Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons
Gorman love that wc.
Sy beautiful copper babies.
Hatched this one a while ago, and it hung in my lair forever before i finally did something with it.
Random hatch, colors aren't really my thing, but I like how it turned out anyway.

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons
Such cute boas! It's always so exciting when we get a new breed.
I got ridiculously lucky with one of my hatches, and this boy rolled out.
Reds and faceted plague eyes, and no blues or purples to be seen.
The second was a matchy pastel horror boy that I traded and through a few more trades, I managed to snag this lovely lady.
I also impulse bought this guy on the AH, as he wasn't hugely expensive.

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons
I almost didn't log in today, so I almost missed hatching my gang. Here's my breeding pair. Had to buy a breed change scroll and EIGHT unhatched eggs (I wanted first gens) just to get a male. Left is gonna have Mochlus and Riopa genes when I can buy them, and left is gonna have Flaunt and Rosette. All of these genes are sold for gold, so I gotta wait lol.
EDIT: Got my genes, now to just wait for them to grow up. Here's what they'll look like in a few days;

Everyone's gotten some pretty feather noodles so far! Can't wait to see the finished projects.
I've been away, if lurking, for a while. I should get back into things some time.

How in the world did you manage to get all three colors to be the same (Leaf)? I've always wondered how people do that. Also, they make me hungry for a salad with all that greenery.

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons
So many pretties. A little down today because I can't eat with my broken jaw, but this did pop out for me. This is the third primal from that pair, so this baby got a breed change.

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons
On a total whim, I touched up the genes on some of my older dragons.
The bogsneak duo are hidden behind skins I like, but I finally took a look at their colors and played around with genes. Managed to get them to look nice on a low budget, surprisingly. The nocturne WOULD have had the bee secondary gene to match the honey color (come on, it's perfect), but since I'm very lacking in gems right now, I settled for a nice alternative. As for the snapper, I liked the new accent that got added today, despite it having a missing wing section. Mixed with some subtle genes, it looked nice.
Regarding gems though, I'm saving up for this; Crystal/Toxin/Stained.I love how the Stained tertiary gene can make some wildly unique colors on dragons that regular colors can't match, and with one of my mirrors being grey primary and orchid tertiary, it produces a very muted and calm purple/violet color. Mixed with the crystal primary gene, it creates an appealing shiny appearance. Now, this dragon isn't done yet since it's going to cost me a whopping 2700 gems (I only have 295 as of this post), but I'm saving up for it. So, you can consider this a glimpse at a (far) future look.
(Stained without crystal gene compared to stained with crystal gene)
