EDIT! To actually be constructive, I say dragonhawk. You rarely see them and I love leveling with mine. Just watch its health.

Tiger is awesome, I think Like Veph said, you rarely see that model around.

Also, if you decide to go with a Daggercap Hawk, be warned: I think they're still glitchy. Some of their animations don't work correctly, I think. It'd be a pain to make the deadly trek just to discover you don't like the way it moves.

I haven't had a problem with my Daggercap Hawk in terms of animation, but he is always the light "mouse hover" color.

I'm going to have to agree with the tiger, I hardly ever see them because everyone wants the "cool" skins. They look great in combat.

The Daggercap Hawk's problem is that it uses the idling flap animation when its moving. It's never bothered me too much, but I know some are put off by it. For some reason it 'flies' normally underwater though. x)

I went tiger. The classic orange one from Echo Isles. In fact, another guildie joined me and we tamed a pair of siblings. She now has Ares and I now have Artemis. It's true about the orange tigers, you never ever see them as pets. Everyone wants the black or white ones. In fact, once the stables expand I want one for my Dranei hunter because I've never seen one tamed on Velen. I have a feeling Artemis will be with me for a long time. Her orange fur next to my blue skin... it's just a natural combo.

That's a really good point. I am on the busiest realm (at least I think it is) and only once have I seen an orange tiger as a pet. Good looking cats and very rare. /thumbsup Good choice.

For a thread that started out being about one particular troll, there sure are a lot in here...

I totally love the tigers from Echo Isles, I'm just drawn away from them because of the whole "zomg perfect troll pet" thing... I loved the suggestion of the dragonhawk, and the daggercap hawk is also a very cool pet.

Hmm... A bat could be cool. I find it fits the voodoo/cannibal thing.

Ok ok, I'll stop tossing out suggestions, I just want to add a final one: a golden boar! Go tame princess, I think she'd look stunning with a troll!!
