How does one go about doing this? I looked everywhere in Control Panel and cant find it!

Anywho. This is how I get to the siggy editing.
Top of the screen there is a link that says 'User Control Panel'. Click that.
Now once you've done that, click 'Profile'
From there go to 'Edit Signature'

I believe you have to have 5 posts before you can add a signature, which is why it only showed up once you'd reached that.
