Lord of the Reins Title

I haven't seen a topic for this either here or in the Legion part of the forum, but I made a discovery last night while swapping the default title on my new gnome hunter... Looks like another reward for being an insane mount collector.
Note: Gnome not included because she's too small (hah!) to be viewed on the armory.
