DO NOT PUSH Z. DO NOT PUSH Z WHEN STANDING. DO NOT PUSH Z WHEN MOUNTED. DO NOT PUSH Z WHILE ON FLIGHT PATH.
DO NOT PUSH Z AT ALL.
Pushing Z at this time causes you to crash to your Desktop. Not sure why, but it does.

Curious... I've pushed Z since the patch and have been fine. I use it for Binding Shot and made plenty of use out of it. Is it the default keybind that is causing the client to crash? I can't remember what it defaults to.
Edit: Oh! Z is the default keybind for sheath/unsheathing weapon, which apparently has been causing crashes. Color me oblivious! Apparently the hotfix is in the works though.

Must only be affecting certain people. I used it to take a screenshot earlier and I didn't crash.

It's not Z as a key, it's sheathing / unsheathing of weapons as action (judging by reports, some BMs were hit especially hard by it, due to Dire Beast sheathing weapon as a part of its animation). If you have bound something else to the key, you can use it safely, although I think by now it has been largely fixed.
