Has there been any lore regarding the new mantis-looking creatures? They're very different to the Pandaria Mantids. Are they intelligent creatures or (potentially tameable) beasts?

I would love to have a substitute for the Scalehides but it would take a lot of, er, fast talking to get snails in as a ferocity pet

I've had a fair few, up to about 168. I think it's just luck.

Just a note: Wowhead says they're only around the House of Constructs area of Maldraxxus but there are some easier-to-find ones due east of the Keres' Watch flight point. Many are out of LOS due to being up on the ceiling but there are a few on the ground or walls outside of the structure there.

Anyone managed to tame Raigonn in Gate of the Setting Sun, as I can't get access to the other green Kunchong model having done that quest a dog's age before.

OK, just checked, is showing as tameable to Beast Lore but an attempt states it isn't tameable.

Is Raigonn from the Pandaran dungeon tameable?

OK, so it's a stretch but would someone be so kind as to drop a suggestion in the beta to suggest that the Nerubian Fliers and Skitterers might be made tameable as undead beasts?

I would snap up a beetle like that as a full on hunter pet!

Also for undead - the Nerubian fliers in Northrend (with the blood beast-style models) and the Nerubian skitterers (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=24566/nerubar-skitterer and similar) are undead and would make great pets if tameable.

Wain - re undead pets, do you have the spectral spider in the WoD Garrison halloween pack? That would be grand.

I still have the undead spider in my WoD garrison just in case they do put something in...

I wonder id the undead-y covenant or its area might give access to taming some existing undead-y beasts - like the trick for taming the green demon wolf in WoD...
