Re: BlizzCon Spoilers

I'm praying that the Necroflies get some ground animations, but it's looking like sneaky Blizzard just paused their animation mid-mountspecial and took a picture of that for their preview. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/733452536282873875/812483042177843230/unknown.png https://cdn.discordapp...

Re: BlizzCon Spoilers

I want to like the Necrofly because it does look cool. Kind of zerg-ish, too.

But then I realize it's on the bee rig and will spend 99% of its time hovering above the ground like the bees and N'zoth swarmers do and I just lose all my hype. I want my creepy crawlies to crawl, damn it! :(

Re: BlizzCon Spoilers

One looks like a cross between a salamander and a raptor, and the other a cross between a reptile and a bear. There's also the Chimera in the air. The bear looks partly like a mole to me. That looks like a cross between a panthara, owl and a mana ray, definitely a feathermane Seems about right. The...

Re: Vulpin Play Ability

Yeah, it uses a different rig from the old fox. One that doesn't have the emotedance anim.

Unsure if it could be easily copied across. I think having it use the mountspecial would be a good alternative. Personally, that seems more fitting for a 'play' animation anyway!

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Gorgers and Animites have both shown that it is possible to tame them. Devourers, which are the more humanoid ones, have shown so far that they cannot be controlled in any form. I think that it would be good if they made a new family for Gorgers and Animites in 9.1, kind of like what they did for b...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

After getting the quest item from Worldedge Gorger to get a Loyal Gorger mount and doing the quests, I've really grown fond of them. They're a really good combination between ugly and cute that's endearing.

So I guess what I'm saying is: tameable Gorgers when?

I really, really hope they just get rid of the head turn based on proximity and maybe keep it based on your pet being targeted.

I would really like to see tameable Brutosaurs in a content patch or next expansion.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Is there perhaps anyone Alliance/EU side that would like to get a group together for the Sliver toy?

GormanGhaste wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 1:25 pm So you think you can spawn them for other people by doing quest sync? I'll set up toons with the quest alli and horde if so.
I think that should be possible. Might be wrong, since I haven't used the sync thing that much.

Yeah, none of mine lost their buffs either. Even the utterly fragile spider with fear icon over its head.

Crab lost his bottle on the PTR so I was a little apprehensive.

Yeah.. I hope Blizzard just changes it so pets only turn their heads when you target them, not automatically when they stand close to you.
