I remember last time they added a giant spider (Terokkarantula) they made the previous giant spider (Shadra) normal size.

is there no pattern to his respawn time? i've been out here so long and have seen not a single rare spawn. It really would be awesome if different pets brought different advantages to a group situation. I think that could be one of the most pivotal changes to the entire Hunter class. It would definitely be "unique". 'Advantages' will be more like toned-down player buffs, I believe, to fill in ...

They look really pretty, would be cool pets. They could be floaty like the purple ones in Borean Tundra, but they weren't tameable either. Somehow doubt they would release these as pets...

There is no place where you suddenly get ambushed by an elite mob that rips your head off! :x They have the big elites in Hellfire Peninsula and Howling Fjord, which I assume were meant to be an equivalent...but it's not really the same when you can see them a mile off, and you'd have to be deaf/bl...

They haven't done the pet design pass (of awesomeness) yet, but yes I would assume this gets replaced. Unless Blizz has bigger...sneakier plans for pet trees.

Wonder what they could replace it with though, maybe a health restore instead? Hunters already have lots of focussey...things.

All the new pets are certainly very pretty (the fox eyes are a little beady though...), it would be great if they could update some other pet models/skins to match this standard. Perhaps a little too much to hope for
