Re: Show pictures of yourselves
Yeah that only happens during the time of day allocated to cat naps (usually 7-8pm). Actual bed-time for me = kitty CRACKHEAD hour. Doesn't matter what time I go to sleep, either. Be it 11pm or 4am, as soon as I'm all dressed in PJ's and ready to settle down, I hear her "mrrrp?" to herself...

Re: Defensive/Assist - Is this accurate?
I am completely confused by this change. Ignoring the loss of the "aggressive" stance completely for the moment, what does the new "assist" actually do? Assuming I want my pet to do what it has always done (generally attack things I'm shooting at unless I give it a specific targe...

Re: Luck of the Draw buff getting buffed in 4.0.6
*shrug* Short version: A buff to health/healing/damage wouldn't have prevented the great majority of deaths/wipes I've seen in Heroics, anyways. But it'll be really nice for my bro and his wife (Bro just did his first heroic with us yesterday by equipping a helm and ring with +hit as a healer, the w...

Re: What race do you play?
Currently an NE because my brother and his wife FINALLY leveled chars, and the only thing she could stick with was a spacegoat. But my 80 Orc waits in the wings ... (I'll always be an Orc at heart. Rawrsmash and all that jive.)

Re: How do You Pronounce Your Name?
My BF's brother does it ON PURPOSE. Invisatard, Zombietard, I've forgotten most of them ... but we get a LOT of snarky responses in randoms when I say "hey, tard! interrupt this, k?" until the PuG realizes I'm not talking about him XDRoyi wrote: Heh, you ever get "Hey Tard!"?

Re: So I'm pvp now?
"It should go with your play style" is right on the money. Disarms/stuns/silences can be really useful if ya know when to use them. Anything with a reduction to casting time can be GREAT if you're having trouble with casters (like I do). Then there's always the good ol' slow/root fallback,...

Re: An Idea on Pet Abilities [Word Filled]
It's an interesting idea, but honestly I think (<--- personal opinion inc!) it sort of negates the point of having all these shiny new stable slots. =D If they were to change anything about the way the system currently works (other than the dragonhawk/windserpent overlap ;p), I'd vote for an option ...

The "you don't have as much experience with <x> so your opinion is worthless" or "if you don't agree with me, you're wrong" lines tossed into whining posts.

Re: Camo Warning Macro
Totally not on topic ... but is .ogg Ogg Vorbis? I was an audio major and a bunch of us used that in college whenever we were forced to compress files, in protest to how terrible the mpeg algorithms were, but I lost it with some major PC crash or another and hadn't thought about it in years.

Re: Guess whos haveing another bit of goddamn surgery?
Ugh, having surgery on your ribs on purpose sounds like a pain in the butt. I broke 'em a couple times skating and just basically got a reaaaaaally long piece of gauze and a "deal with it" from the doc's.
Anywho, good luck!

Re: Steelseries WoW mouse
Short version: Have been using a Naga for just about a year now, and LOVE it. I have pretty small hands and chubby fingers (played the piano for ~15 years, but I can't text message to save my LIFE), and this mouse feels very comfortable in my hands and I have no trouble finding/hitting the thumb bu...

Currently, farming Sunwell for engy patterns for my little goblin shaman alt. Usually: farming mini-pets for people because I love giving people random presents that make them smile. I never got the tiger mount from ZG (*sheds single tear*) but I did manage to pick up two Razzashi Hatchlings and kep...

God was said to be the creator of all things, that he is everywhere and in everything. God is said to be indistructable...To me, God sounds like Energy, which is in everything, is everywhere, it can neither be created nor distroyed, only transformed. Re: Petopian Dungeons & Dragons Group!
On rolling: Ugh, dice hate me sometimes. I played one campaign where I was some sort of strange barbarian and I had tweaked her like crazy (and bought the GM an extra 12-pack of coke) to let her use the MASSIVE longbow that I thought would be the COOLEST thing ever. Of course, we ended up mostly bei...

Ninjaing thread for something useful and something not-so-useful ... 1) Skype is awesome. My friends and I use it as a chat program, and my BF's frequently out of the country for work so we can use it as voice/video chat. Two thumbs up for Skype. 2) My BF usually babysits for his little bro and sis ...
