Try this method posted by kaaoru. It has been working great for me.

I don't see why we need to tame a pet first, then do the macro in the second taming. But hey, it works like a charm! My lowbie alt hunters already have their own Ghostpaw Hunters. Thanks kaaoru!

The Lone Hunter has the same OCJ dark grey skin but in ghost form. Tame The Lone Hunter and you'll have a proper homage to Old Cliff Jumper! (Plus if you're horde, OCJ *is* the Dire Wolf mount .)

With all these non-hunters flying around his spawn points, is there a 1 button macro that will target Madexx, drop freezing trap and cast tame that works? It's too far away from the known spawn spots for NPCScan to detect... this could explain why Karoma couldn't be found sometimes.
