Has there been any official mention of why so many pets are unnameable? I purposefully stayed off forums to avoid spoilers but so far finding new pets this time around feels really awkward and frustrating... I was most excited for pterrordaxes and I have not yet found one that's tameable. Just confu...

I did it! And tamed so many feathermanes...

Steamwheedle was very quiet when I was getting my talbuks. I'm a solo player 99% of the time so I am a little unsure of how the new grouping/phasing things work.... if I were to invite people into a group would I need to be near the talbuks for them to see them? EDIT: Looks like they're being farmed...

Hmm, seems to be a common trait. I waited until I saw a particle effect from throwing the meat, that must be pretty important.

Edit: I farmed the meat on my hunter personally so I am not sure.

This is the panthara I tamed, just in case anyone is keeping track of which ones seem 'buggy.' I am curious, has anyone had a tame bug out using the camo method?

I switched to SV and used camo from a feign, threw meat, tamed as soon as the meat effect happened. It worked like a charm.

Meat did take a while to get though.

I tend to tame lots of pets but only keep a few select favorites. I found the Sentinaxx quests easiest in a group. I created one with the custom group finder (bless that addition) and we got it done in under an hour - that's even with everyone sticking around for people who were just starting with no beacons.

Slowly but surely I'm making my way to this achievement. I'm about 2/3 of the way to being exalted for Good Suramaritarian.

Some good news, I was much closer to finishing my class hall campaign than I realized. So that's now done. As for the rest... I have a long way to go. Good thing I am patient, haha.

That's not fair. Hunters have had pets from the beginning, WoD changed things up and it's not as if you were forced to take Lone Wolf unless you're min/maxing and raiding competitively. I haven't seen it answered yet why people are so opposed to CHOICE. You are not being forced to use a pet in Legi...

I'm really hoping they configure it so the pet is entirely optional. I love that people who are devoted to MM get to use their pets if they want, but I would also love it if the option was there for MM to have no pet at all and deal the same damage. And I don't mean a glyph or talent, I mean seamle...

I'm officially hyped for Legion now. Thank you devs for keeping it a choice. I love having petless specs being an option, I have an alt I want to go that route with. But on my main?
