Can confirm. Logged in 12:13pm BST (in the region of 10 minutes as of this post) with no issue, but as soon as I started navigating the site I got hit with the 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable error, and a lot of lag when I wasn't. Seems to mainly be the forums with a little lag on the main site...
