Re: A most curious Chibee

Oh I love the size too! I like to keep guildies in line by telling them not to make Chibee mad. That pet under bestial wrath is so funny.

Re: A most curious Chibee

Oh nevermind. >.< I looked at the armory and saw what happened. It's my xperl being weird. A new pet will keep the name of the previous pet. He must have switched out his spirit beast that was never renamed for Chibee. That is not nearly as much fun to ponder.

A most curious Chibee

http://imageshack.us/a/img850/2742/63287193.jpg The owner didn't tell me this was Chibee, but I'm guessing it is. My guild mates randomly yell out Chibee in a high pitch in vent to get my attention. I was able to ask this guy what was up with his pet, since any spirit beasts weren't added yet. I th...

Re: Soloing Kael'thas in 5.0.4

The first time I tried this I got to phase 5 easily with my loque as tank. After that I lost my senses a bit about the nether vapors and he got me. Since then, I haven't been able to try again without friends offering to help. A good problem! This way worked great with me and a prot pally. I just ke...

Re: Tips for Soloing Stonecore

A few runs I've done this with an 85 deathknight. He could walk right past Coroborus by sticking to the wall, but we had to clear trash in the passageway. With the two of us though, we'd get 5 runs done before an hour was up. Solo, I would average 15 minutes a run I think. I always ran this as BM, o...

Re: Pet Sound Changes....?

Changing file extensions didn't work for me, but using a program to convert them did. Now my cats don't yawn audibly, and my gun sounds like a silenced weapon again. :)

Re: Pet Sound Changes....?

I'm having this same problem. Changing the files names didn't work for me, but I am tired. I will keep trying to find a solution. I will be so annoyed at my cats yawning and gun it won't be pretty.

Re: I'm not entirely sure if this is new, but...

I've been in there since I tamed my Swarming Guardian (the black ones), and those two were still not tameable. It has been a long time though since I have checked. It would be wonderful if they were able to be tamed some day. I just love the dark tiger skin on that model.

Re: Stances Overriding Commands

I took pet attack off of my macro for exactly this reason. I've grown accustomed to the changes, but they still annoy me. Especially when I tell my pet to attack a new target, he runs a few meters in that direction, and then changes his mind and goes back to what he was doing.

In the comments of the link you posted, someone said they are tameable but lose the rider.

Re: Not a tame, per se, but something I'd never seen before

I have heard many people claim rares are linked. There are very few of them that I think are. TLPD and Vrya, Skarr and Karkin, Magria and Ankha, Aeonaxx and his bat are the only pairs I can think of. I also do not think there is a cap for the amount of rares that can be spawned. It is my opinion all...

Re: The lone Hunter

I tamed this guy a month or two ago. I took various amounts of gear off and timed it right with traps to kill him. When I revived him, it took a long time before I had one keep the sword. My timing must have been off hitting revive. Once I did get it right, I've had no problems with the sword dissap...

Oh nice! Does that stay after death though? :S Which quest was needed for that? I'm curious. I haven't quested much since the shattering so I am unfamiliar with scaring spiders.

The lions never bothered me as much as that cat yawn. I would imagine it would be the same thing, but to know what to name the sound file for the lion. I can't say I've run across this info unfortunately.

You are most definitely not the only one. I don't do this often, but I have. Some of the pets I don't use as much as I thought I would, I'll let go and find them again.
