keep in mind they are more than likely going to revamp pet abilities yet again

in the recent Dev MoP Q&A they said they would like to clean up the buff/debuffs by removing the junky ones like +bleed dmg, 3% dmg, etc

but for my dwarf, Rhino, Bear, Boar, and ill be as happy as a cucumber

Hunter should be petless, pure archer class, melee wouldnt be too much different than being a warrior or ret pally as it is, it would require way too many new skills to make attractive and efficient, but with a few stat tweaks, archers could be super assassins, specialized for behind the line combat...
