Just downloaded the new patch. Entered the Jade forest and everything is still flagged as untamable so far. I will update if I find anything.

I would stream but there's only 1 zone and you guys have pretty much seen all of the beasts so far. Maybe 2 bears but they are the regular brown and black vanilla skins. Oh vanilla black boar and crocolisks with the Cata skin. Besides, what would I need to do so? If they open other zones soon I will...

It's no problem guys. Honestly, I shouldn't even been in the zone because currently, there is no conventional way of getting there with queuing up for a random mist dungeon, then dying and spirit rezzing outside. I really wish this would turn out to be a tamable hunter pet without the armor. It'd be even more of a stretch to ask for it NOT to be a spirit beast lol. Yeah MMO has the info back up so maybe Hydras will be tamable once the new PTR build hits the servers.

Pretty sure this is finally hotfixed.....

npc scan should go off while tabbed, just make sure you have "enable sound in background" in your sound options in wow. Not sure if it only works with windowed mode or not but some sounds don't seem to go through on fullscreen.

Yeah thats crazy. Thing is I play on a high pop server so its easily ganked before most hunters can tame it. Me and a couple of other hunters have made sure they haven't been getting killed because we have the spawn time to a science...sorta lol. As of this post, his last spawn times were: 16 hours ...

Why does Madexx have such an insane spawn time?

Last couple of spawns have been in this order:
12 hours
14 hours
16 hours
10 hours
Currently camping him now and it looks like another 16 hour camp..../sigh.
