Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
^ You just said you agreed with the person, then stated an opinion that was the exact opposite. I like the spawn timers. If someone decides to grief me while I'm taming, then I don't have to wait hours for it to spawn again, only to have it griefed again. Random curiosity for anyone on the PTR: Can...

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
Any tame previous to Pandaria was always been like that and Hunters have hated it. I know I have. I don't think a smaller spawn timer takes away from the accomplishment considering these porkies can and will kill you worse than Ghostcrawler. Heartily disagree. If you don't like camping, that's fine...

Re: Jaina and the horde. (Spoilers?)
I like Garrosh, he is a war hungry war-monger. That's what I feel the Horde should always be. On the other hand, if he were to have an accident.... I would like Rexxar as the Warcheif since he hasn't been mentioned lately... and he is the "Champion of the Horde". As for Jaina I hope she ge...

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
Has anyone seen Kroshik up lately? I keep visiting him to grab footage, but he's never around. Considering his really short respawn timer before, I'm wondering what's going on with him. Am I just getting unlucky? EDIT: Just found him.....I guess he was the one who got unlucky...... http://forums.wo...

Re: Rants/Raves/Thoughts On 5.2 Tameables
I like these rares; but they aren't a challenge. I got all of them within 1 hour =/. Degu: Cool but he moves like he has concussive w.o any debuffs. Hutia: Interrupt simple. Gumi: Run around in a circle for simple tame. So with that said, 10m respawn makes them feel un-rare. But on the bright side t...

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
Graveyard runs are the wooooorst. I hated them with the challenge tames in the molten front. XD Especially if you cant get to your body, you were so screwed. I do really good on those, I feel these tames are too easy to have a 10min cd, that's all. If you're used to kiting CONSTANTLY (PvP etc...) t...

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
As has been pointed out before, the 10m spawn timers might be PTR-shortened. Your milage may vary in terms of which you consider the hardest; it's all personal preference and what clicks for you. I personally have trouble gauging distances sometimes, so for a tame that's distance-reliant like Degu,...

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
I felt camping them was the best part, but it's prob just nostalgia. I guess it won't be all to bad as long as we still see spirit beasts with -long- respawn times like the rest.

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
Also, at least they had a long spawn timer, not a lot of people (On my server at least) have the patients to camp them.Junrei wrote:They weren't hard to begin with.Whoisthat wrote:I realize these rares are hard to tame, but the 10min respawn makes me feel like Spirit beasts are easy to obtain now =/

Re: Where the Wild Things Are in Patch 5.2
I just tried Degu (Supposed hardest) and I died once, 2nd try I got him. I think actually Degu is the easiest since he is SOOOOOOO slow.Junrei wrote:They weren't hard to begin with.Whoisthat wrote:I realize these rares are hard to tame, but the 10min respawn makes me feel like Spirit beasts are easy to obtain now =/

Then I don't have to compete with you like I did when you were camping Skarr like, a year ago back in the Molten Front.Jäysee wrote:Spirit Porcupine...pfft
They had SO many other models they could have made into a spirit beast, yet they chose that one.

Re: Lonesome George: The Long-Awaited Tribute
It's cool, but I am disappointed there was never a spirit Thylacine named Benjamin (Last know Tasmanian tiger alive). Then again I guess Blizzard will stick with current things rather than something that went extinct in the 1930s... Blizzard sticks with things that are meme-tastic. Benjamin didn't ...

Re: Blizz, why do you hate hunters?mostly BM?
This was much needed tbh. PvP'rs are always screwed over by those casual PvE'rs (It's a joke...). BM's predicament in Wrath would like to speak with you. It's not "always" PvP ruined by PvE. :P We are simply two sides, like Yin and Yang, or The Force. I didn't play Hunter in Wrath... but ...

This was much needed tbh. PvP'rs are always screwed over by those casual PvE'rs (It's a joke...). If hunter's didn't have a nice move like that in Arenas I would be pretty pissed; I am glad for once they did the right thing (In my opinion) besides, with a longer Duration it'll be fine.
