One the subject of pets that need to be FIXED, however...

Seagull - Needs a real flight animation, not just idle flap
Mining Monkey - Needs an auto-attack and a better grip on its pick
Demon-dogs - Needs a swim animation

I am smitten with my new fox Tibs, as well as Amarok's new skin (went from vargul blighthound to beryl hound - the way I wanted from the start.) I see myself using them for PvE content, but when the chips are down and it needs to be done right I fall back to Rak'shiri for damage output, or to Felfro...

Over the last 2 days I managed Gezzarak (first try!), a whitetail fox, an iceheart jormungar, a beryl hound, a felboar, a seagull and a black mining monkey. I'll need to keep running DM until the brilliant macaw spawns. Holding off getting a beetle until I can get into Uldum, and I think I might nab...

Their flight animation seems a little stiff compared to some of the other birds (ie they fly strangely upright) but the fact that they can actually FLY after enemies more than makes up for it I think.

I'm going to be starting a baby worgen on Korialstrasz, not sure what sort of pets he'll have so I don't want to make definite plans.
