I'm glad this was resolved, denying copyright is not a good thing.

He/she is now seeming to copy threads off of Petopia, including some of the forum rules, and Jessibelle's thread about the new cross-faction dungeon feature.

It looks like they are copying the boards' names directly from the Petopian forums, and it is starting to look more like the real website. I suggest making an account and talking to the person, moderators who may see this. If not, I may do it myself.

Directly attacking people isn't the answer and more often than not, you're misunderstanding someones words and letting past grudges speak for you rather than making a responsible answer.
