Re: Encountering 'cannot be tamed' when should be
After the 9.01 patch, Stinky and Precious are still not tamable in heroic ICC 25. Are you able to tame the Corp'rethar Guardians? They wander around on various levels of the west walls just outside of the raid. If I remember right, the ones on the lower level were tameable, but I think there was an...

The Classic site already has a good number of extant and extinct pets (due to Cataclysm). I'd hope the mods would suggest a similar listing for pets that exist during BfA.

Only a matter of time before they added water pigs to the game.
I'm hoping that this pass adds the beast from Drustvar that look so cool but are not tamable.

If your server is like mine, its complete chaos right now. If you have people hitting the mob while you are attempting to tame it, you have to mass spam your tame command. You will get interrupted but that's unavoidable when its taking damage.

Re: Extra large pets in BfA?
Have found... nothing that stays large or gets larger after tame.. Bats, on the whole, are fairly large models for pets nowadays. Certain "wild" models are smallish, such as the Redrock Screecher in Vol'dun. http://www.wow-petopia.com/look.php?id=batgreen-epicbatmountblackwings when tamed...

Re: REALLY squishy pets
Why is everyone using Tenacity pets to tank? Use Ferocity pets with a Shield Wall ability like Clefthoofs or Core Hounds or Cats even. The 15% Leech with MP on CD with only 8% Haste right now and my pets have no issue tanking multiple mobs. If you're a BM, break out the Devilsaur or tame ...

Saurolisk Matriarch
Has anyone run into this mob in game? Petopia says its "In the northern areas of the (Nazmir) zone" and there is only one post on Wowhead, claiming its "east part of Nazwhata". I've scoured the areas and cannot seem to find it. Found one at 64.71, 41.53 in Nazimr, bit it seems to...

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
Don't know if this has been posted yet, but the Zandalari Pterrodax retain some of their size and are much larger than the Un'Goro crater versions. One other neat thing about the Zandalari Pterrodax is, if you have the BM talent Animal Companion, and your stabled pet walks, it will walk as well. If...

I'm going to use a Spirit Beast, since they are all purpose; most likely Loque'nahak.

I named mine Arduum after the saying "Nil volentibus arduum" which is a Latin expression meaning "nothing is impossible to the valiant".
He wasn't the easiest tame for me to get done, so I wanted a fitting name.

I named my 3 Spiders after planetary moons based on their coloring:
Caliban for the grey-bronze model
Kallisto (Callisto was restricted) for the copper-grey model
Ganymede for my gold model.

Yeah, its literally in between the size of a cosmetic pet and my devilsaur.Quiv wrote:Aww thats tiny, like a little Pterrodink!
OTOH, my new Diemetradon pet is absolutely massive. Larger than my Devilsaur in length and its sail makes it taller.

Re: The New Eight Rares
I'm very happy and excited that Blizz took the time to invent these taming tricks for the new tamable rares. Hats off to you for that. However I am really disappointed that there isn't anything new here besides the taming. Gondira re-skins, Olm The Wise V3.0, and 5 spiders... Where's the verity? Whe...
