Re: "First" Pet
Ahhh yes, the "run across the world in your underwear" adventures, all to tame one specific creature. I've done my share of that too. Having your face chomped off every ten feet was.....something else. I remember that experience well on my very first hunter back in 2007-2008. This w...

Re: Aquatic pets. Why is this a problem?
I would love to tame one of those orcas. I was a huge fan of them since childhood due to Free Willy.
Or, they should make more penguins that are suitable for taming. They're not necessarily aquatic but they do swim in water.

Re: Worm Lovers.
Oh, this is coincidence. Checking out this topic reminds me of my recent picture of my regular Jormunger worm, Tremors. I named him after the movie series, although I guess it would have made more sense to name him Graboid after those giant worms. Bless his five hearts. http://i1179.photobucke...

Re: Anyone still sticking to BM
I've always stuck at being a BM hunter. When I started to understand talents better as I was still learning, and tried out suggestions on how to spec as BM from that hunter site, I found out how much more easily my pets can get the job done quicker for me. They don't die as quickly and they can rape...

Re: Rant Thread
Since I have been without a job for a couple weeks, I am having to go back to throwing my resumés out there and I am so freakin' tired of it. On the long run, yes, it is a very good idea to send resumés out there but it is so agitating when nobody responds nor give me a chance to prove my skills, wh...

Re: Karin's Sigs and Avatars Business
I admit, I was a bit flustered but I have nothing to do again, so there's the counterpart to that.
For that, I am glad I got all your sigs done when I could. That was still fun.

Re: New Hunter
One thing's for certain: if you love animals to death, you are gonna end up with making hundreds of hunters. That was my obsession and even if we can tame 25 pets, we got tons more to go and plenty more to come. It's a big world out there. Find whatever pets you will be able to bond with the easiest...

Why don't we have UFO's that look like that? That would be epic. I know we already have nether rays as mounts but not as UFO's.

Re: New caterpillar pet
Well, after two days of wondering what was wrong with my little pet, I decided to let it go. Whenever I feel an animal I caught isn't going to do well under my hands, I let it go in hopes of maybe it can do better out in nature. I was hoping for it to continue eating ravenously like what's seen in m...

EDIT: Nevermind. Found a better match. It's an yellowstriped armyworm. Tropical species so I didn't have it in my field guide. http://bulletin.ipm.illinois.edu/photos/ys_armyworm.jpg http://www.ent.iastate.edu/soybeaninsects/files/images/yellowstriped%20armyworm%20A1%20copy.jpg Armyworm, ehh? New caterpillar pet
Another insect I found. It's gonna be my pet until it's fully grown. When I was at my mom's apartment today and watering her plants while she's been away to Florida, I found a few of her smaller plants seemed to have been eaten up by someone. I looked around a bit and found a big caterpillar. Rather...

In a way, that does make sense, seeing as the gem cats and shale spiders don't necessarily look organic and lifelike like the other animals.

Re: Rolling For Da Pets Journal
Fortunately, since most of the pets I have so far are those I've used before and I liked or I know I can get used to them in no time, I intend to keep them. Then, when I want to experience with new pets I never tried because I never really cared for them before, I give them a try. Bats are a very go...

Re: Which unplayable races would you play?
Murlocs and maybe those new cat people in Uldum would work for me. Murlocs were always something I wanted to play as a race because I just love their noises to death.

Re: Rolling For Da Pets Journal
After reaching a high enough level to solo the slightly new RFK, I went there in search of the rare white bat that is usually always absent unless if very lucky. Tonight, though, I was very lucky to find him on my first run. No need to run through the boar people several more times to get the pet I ...
