Re: Status of all basilisks on the beta
I found (or rather, re-found) the elusive Snapjaw Basilisk: they're randomly summoned as part of the Desolace quest Early Adoption. They're yellow with a blue crest but are untameable.

Re: Current state of basilisks on the beta
CHomper confirmed. New colour. Thanks to Kalli for advice.. there's a teleporter to Gnomer in Grom'Gol :) Wow, I completely forgot about the teleporters. There's one in Booty Bay as well (or at least there used to be, back in the day; don't know if it's still there). Anyway, I went back and tame-te...

Re: Current state of basilisks on the beta
Checked the IDs, and the basilisks in my phase are already ID#39658 despite not having done the quest yet, so I can't confirm exactly when the IDs switch. (I was, however, already "neutral" with the Twilight cultists, so that might be the trigger). I can confirm that they're tameable though.

Re: Current state of basilisks on the beta
Farmed up some Ethereum Keys so I could test Porfus the Gem Gorger: he's tameable and still uses the BasiliskOutland_Yellow skin. I don't know why they need two IDs either, but I think I answered my own question: looking at their loot tables on Wowhead, ID#39658 has Charred Basilisk Meat on its tabl...

Re: Current state of basilisks on the beta
Do you know exactly when the Spinescale Basilisks switch IDs? I'm not sure, sorry. No idea why they even need two IDs. I don't know why they need two IDs either, but I think I answered my own question: looking at their loot tables on Wowhead, ID#39658 has Charred Basilisk Meat on its table (used fo...

Re: Pandaria Beast List (Report found beasts here!)
The various tigers on Windward Isle have been reworked. Names have changed, colors have been swapped around, and some of them are now tameable. Tameable Windward Tiger (level 90, SiberianTigerRed) Windward Alpha (level 90, SiberianTigerBrown) Windward Sabre (level 90, SiberianTigerWhite) NOT Tameabl...

Saltback Turtles (level 90) and Saltback Yearlings (level 87-88) on the Windward Isle are now tameable. Both now seem to use only the RidingDragonTurtleGreen skin.

Re: cheetah cub locations
As far as I can tell, the cubs only spawn near the Plainsland Cheetah mobs, which in turn seem to spawn near/under trees. There's at least three spawn locations slightly east of the skull-shaped rock that serves as the entrance to the Wailing Caverns (see images). The spawn rate seems very low, howe...
