The hair looks like a flop of seaweed. While it is very Naga-like. seems it could be the betrayed Helheim boss. which by appearances does explain a bit of the Kvaldir...but not sure since they were at war with the Naga in cataclysm!

Agree this sounds lovely. I especially like the idea of being able to apply new looks to pets, maybe even dress them up! teehee.
