Re: Nah'qi, Ember of Regrowth

I reserve the right to say that the armory is pretty awful, because we've seen it be less than stellar. Checkerboard cubes, pet images not showing up, Lightning Paw being like two pixels, and so on. The armory is definitely not the best thing to work with lol. Likewise, the point about them just not...

Re: Nah'qi, Ember of Regrowth

Boy oh boy, let's hope it's available from any Fyrakk now. Would be awful unfriendly to the playerbase if a hunter pet was locked behind mythic only.

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons

On a total whim, I touched up the genes on some of my older dragons. https://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/preview/dragon?age=1&body=42&bodygene=19&breed=14&element=6&eyetype=0&gender=0&tert=8&tertgene=0&winggene=40&wings=138&auth=f9d04dea06812569bbb0015dd065...

Re: Suggestions for our Lurker.. ;)

Seeing as how the next expansion "The War Within" is coming out relatively soon, I figured it's a good time to throw in some much-needed attention to the concept put forth a while back regarding raid tames. Once TWW launches, it will have been two full expansions since Battle for Azeroth, ...

Re: Show & Sell Your Dragons

How in the world did you manage to get all three colors to be the same (Leaf)? I've always wondered how people do that. Also, they make me hungry for a salad with all that greenery.

Re: Nah'qi, Ember of Regrowth

On the (possibly) bright side, we at least know it can be tamed now and not later. It's just a matter of figuring out where the flaming kidney stone drops from. From personal testing; - doesn't drop from following Nah'qi closely on its ~18 minute path - doesn't (seem to) drop from Smoldering Raven (...

Re: Nah'qi, Ember of Regrowth

Apparently, someone in Europe has tamed Nah'qi. Someone over on the Secret Finder discord posted a link to their profile, and sure enough, they have a pet named Nah'qi. There's no way to put the apostrophe in the name manually, so that person genuinely tamed it already somehow. Not sure if I can dro...

Re: 10.2 Guardians of the Dream: Beasts Thread

Other than a certain spirit beast who needlessly got a hidden taming item, I've finally tamed everything from my wishlist for this patch (unless something pops up that we didn't previously know about). I don't want to admit to how long it took to get the right bear color, especially with an ~8 minut...

Re: 10.2 Guardians of the Dream: Beasts Thread

Managed to get Sulraka fairly easily. Chasing the cat was a pain, as I found it in a hallway full of crabs, but hey; one spirit beast down. Now we just gotta figure out how to get the flaming owl now that it's no longer a fun challenge tame. Now, waiting for the right color of Displaced Bear to spaw...

All I know so far; I want the unicorn with the bushy mane and wavy horn. Whatever the hell that thing was, I want it.

Re: Unicorn Wildebeest

Blizzard posted The War Within Features Overview , which has a few good shots. Noteworthy timestamps; - 0:46: Closeup of the rear of a new moth model, mudskippers, a burrowed jormungar without hair (I think), some kind of black and white rodent (maybe the mole worgpower mentioned?), and new spiders ...

Re: We don't have adult plant Dire Horn in game yet, right? [spoiler]?

My only concern regarding it possibly being AI was that many examples of fake leaks aided by AI have been done recently. Some more... badly done than others. I want to believe, but until we see it at Blizzcon, everything is potentially fake. I really want a big ol' leafy direhorn though.

Re: We don't have adult plant Dire Horn in game yet, right? [spoiler]?

I want to call out AI generated imagery, but at the same time, there's a lot going on here that's very clearly too well done for an AI. I'm conflicted. As for the direhorn, no; the only plant direhorn we have is the battle pet from time rifts, Briarhorn Hatchling. If this is real, then we have even ...

Re: 10.2 Guardians of the Dream: Beasts Thread

It was too good to last. The coastal eel was changed to match the Eel-Serpent model. Kind of feels like a mockery since it was just given a bigger eel model. There was nothing wrong with eels floating via electromagnetic levitation. Oh well. Comes in what appears to be all five colors that are alrea...

Re: Suggestions for our Lurker.. ;)

Because I mentioned it in another thread and it got stuck in my head, I'm posting this nonsensical idea here too. Pet Family: Critter - Unlock Method: Some kind of plot about dryads wanting to teach critters how to protect themselves. - Allow the hunter to tame critters, AKA those small lil' fellas ...

Re: 10.2 Guardians of the Dream: Beasts Thread

I want skunks in their own family. One where they spray deadly chemicals from their butts while spinning. Put a "Stinky" debuff on nearby players and NPCs at the same time, too. But since that's asking too much, I'll just say that I hope Henri finally opens up a gateway for more fun tames....

I really hope the devs look the other way on that. It's such a harmless little bonus that literally nobody would complain about.
