Naigtal, one of the worlds we visit in 12.0.7, has the Hal'hadar Leystalker, also.

I haven't seen anything in any of the new (rather, reused) areas in 12.0.7

Taming the Voidsinged Hawkstrider is a pain lmao. People beeline to kill it because it's an elite, and elites (probably?) give more percent towards the objective. Got mine though, so I'm content. One more shiny bird for the collection. Definitely don't do it right after server reset though, too man...

Since 12.0.5 is dropping today, we'll likely see 12.0.7 on the PTR in the next week or two.

Or if you don't mind waiting, just go to the ruins/tomb where they spawn, go to the very back of the structure and wait for the event to pop. That said, assuming that they are continuing the cycle from the PTR, then the Void Strikes will be in Zul'Aman this week, not Eversong, so it won't be possibl...

The Void-Touched Snapdragon is also tamable and retains the same type of Void effect.

The Voidsinged Hawkstrider is now tamable. It is an armored/saddled Hawkstrider that retains a Void effect after taming. It is found during the Void Rift: Tranquil Repose event.

As far as I am aware, there isn't anything being phased out or retired. The Void Strike events only temporarily change areas.

According to both WoWhead and in-game reports, Filo isn't flagged as tamable. Even if he had a requirement like Deth'tilac that required him to be whittled down to a certain health threshold, data and Beast Lord would still show whether or not he was tamable. At least per Wowhead (Which can be inaccurate), they aren't currently tamable on the PTR. Unfortunately, due to Mythic+, Blizz tends to not make things in dungeons tamable (some exceptions).

That specific NPC for Filo was probably based off of a template and they just never removed the family (which for Filo is Scalehide).

It looks like Patch 12.0.1 might have bugged the Radiant Echoes and made them no longer obtainable. People on Wowhead are reporting the same thing.

It is an NPC tied to a mount that involves collecting 500 shards from any mob in Harandar. You first complete the Legends of Aln'Sharan questline, which allow for the shards to drop. Once you get all 500, you throw them into a pond (the same one in the questline), then fly up to Aln'Sharan, dismount...

There are several of them in the area where the Void Strike happens and are spreadout, but they don't have a lot of health.

Successfully found the new Warpstalker https://i.imgur.com/tNji61p.jpeg The Hal'hadar Leystalker is found during the Cryptic Operations event that can spawn as part of Void Assaults in Eversong Woods. The NPC can't spawn as the mount version of the model, even though it is listed as one of its model...

There are a few new models via mounts. They likely will not be on tamable beasts, let alone NPCs, but you never know. The blue bee model was also finally used

The things weren't particularly relevant, since they aren't new additions in terms of appearances and such, and it isn't known yet whether or not the Warpstalker is actually in the game or not, so I didn't post about it.

Yes, I found those ones last night and catalogued them to be added later on. I might know where the warpstalker is. I'll post once I get to it.

With testing start soon for 12.0.5, I've gone ahead and created this tread. There probably won't be much, if anything, added to this patch, but we'll see.
