Oh, sorry for not clarifying. They used to and no longer. It was unintended and fixed. Reasoning is they're not really bears/beasts.

Ooh, that looks very promising! :) The 69 requirement just feels so awkwardly late at this point, and fairly unnecessary when compared to other class specializations.
