I know we're in chaos over the situation but, if it even still works ( appears that it does ) might the sprites from http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31082/grea ... -salvation work?

During the eatern plaguelands questline there are some that have buddies come along. These include Tarenar, Gidwin, and Vex'Tul. I especially want to know if Hati can become Vex'tul. Does Hati retain greeting voice clips?

This is a slim chance but during the Silverpine questline, you have deathstalker commander Belmont and valkyr as guardians for some quests, including the risen Gilnean folk. Would swapping them work?

I'm a sad person, at this time i'm not able to do this since i don't have a Hunter to play around with but i will soon. Though by the time i'm done leveling this would be patched, but i wouldn't be exactly surprised if this is intentional since your pet is "cursed" and is reforming Hati's ...
