Re: Am i the only one who is disappointed?

That's why I am mogging my gun into a bow...They can make these artifact weapons as pretty as they want or force players specs into a certain weapon, but my Night Elf does not use guns. to be honest, it's not that different from on live...if the Bis weapon for my hunter is a gun...and I need to use...

Re: Grunter woes

A couple of years ago, I too camped Grunter. For approximately three weeks, I checked for him when I logged in after work, and then before I logged off for the night. Finally, I started killing all of the pigs and waiting for a respawn, and lo, one night that actually worked... Grunter was among the...

Re: Just had a "you know you play too much wow when..." mome

Driving home from work, i'm sitting at a light waiting for it to change when I glance over and see a plant in the patch of green on the corner and think, "silverleaf".

Re: To PvP for mounts or not to PvP for mounts?

Just wanted to add that while I, too, saw the figure of 2000 honor per mark as the "pay off" at patch time, I've since seen that number fluctuate wildly, clear down to 180 honor per mark.

Re: Lv 80 and a new dilemma..

Apologies in advance if you're already using it, but I'm curious if you find the mod NPCscan helpful with tracking down these BM pets, as they are all rares and that's what this mod does well... alerts you to the presence of a rare. I got it from Curse Gaming.

best,

Re: GRRRRR...Costs of playing this game.. I'm venting

Gathering professions really are the fastest way to stack up some cash early on. Once in Outland, the quests and vendoring rewards can net you some quick money as well. My latest toon started doing the cooking quests in Dalaran in her early level 60's, so getting in the habit of doing a few dailies ...

Re: The hunter and their trusty.....?

I used to use crossbows almost exclusively because they hit so much harder than bows. Back then (pre-Kara) guns weren't as prevalent as they became later on. I thought I'd never like using a gun, but once I equipped the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28581 , I was hooked. On winning that gun, I instal...

Re: Good pet leveling locations

I've levelled quite a few pets while skinning at the Argent Vanguard post just below Dalaran. I realized early on that if I didn't finish the quest line there, I would have an endless supply of leather (nerubian leather in good quantity, too) nearby. The spiders drop greens, health and mana pots, an...

Re: Sheldon, the color-changing turtle!

I can absolutely relate to this. Like you, I've tamed several turtle skins as well as wolves, cats, spiders and hyenas. The majority of these tames happened before they changed new pets to automatically "age" to five levels below your current level. So, I spent a lot of time levelling pets...

Re: animated gifs - Ask me here!

Karathyriel, You do the loveliest work! I have been enjoying these posts and seeing peoples' wishes become something quite tangible. How nice of you to do this! I wonder if I could prevail upon you to create a sig for me, too? I would like my hunter standing...facing to the right of the screen, with...
