Every Egg needs a different amount of views to hatch, but generally, I've found that around 200 UVs gets a hatch. Those big kills aren't attributed to players. If UndeadOny comes back in Cata, it'll be because Variann killed her in the comic, or because she gets killed by another lore character ingame.

While I'm excited over alot of these changes, I find that I will be missing old Orgrimmar. I don't really like the Cata version much.
