Re: Rares MIA today?
I have. I saw the rare lava spider wandering about (brain is sick so I can't remember its name). Saw it as I was crusing up to Blackrock.

Re: Hati shall never be forgotten
Here's hoping they will add Hati as a tameable Spirit Beast somewhere, somehow. I think, for me, that would be the ideal way of doing it.

Transmog Items Scaling Zone Questions
So I've been away from WoW for months and months. Just getting back in. I'm exploring the new zones and their scaling. What I want to know: do enemy drops reflect their scaled level? If so, does this mean that if I want to farm for certain transmog appearances, it will no longer be possible to do so...

New Model Sand-Husk Scarab
I happened to notice that the Sand-Husk Scarab's appearance isn't in the list of changed bodies. They are now the 'previously untameable' gold body (or at least some are; one I saw is). http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a233/itsukitachibana/Screenies/WoWScrnShot_071818_091315_zps06cnwybh.jpg?t=15318...

Re: Members with access to Battle for Azeroth Alpha/Beta
I have an Alpha invite. I'm not even sure my computer can handle it, let alone having the energy to be looking through it. But I figured I'd at least say 'I have one'.
I *may* take advantage.... but I have a habit of prefering to be surprised, so probably not.

Re: Which Five?...I mean three!
Dustwallow Marsh's revamp was in patch 2.3, which was during TBC—I don't think the GSW existed in the pre-2.3 version (because the Grimtotem camp that it spawns in didn't exist then). If it did, Horde could possibly get it (with bloodlust help) but alliance would be out of luck. If that's the case,...

Re: Which Five?...I mean three!
As for the Grimtotem Spirit Guide, I'm almost positive it was in the game before BC. The thing is, it didn't live fast enough for you to tame it; you couldn't get the haste. Or at least, no one had discovered how. It should still be there. Whether you can get enough haste to tame it in time, though,...

Re: Which Five?...I mean three!
I will be running with only two pets. I will have to keep the third slot open to be able to tame pets in order to learn techniques to teach my pets. :) As for which pets, I'll probably take Panzer and.... something else. I don't yet know what I'll do for DPS. Probably a wind serpent (EDITED: for som...

Re: 8.0 New Expansion pet ideas/wishes
I would like to see: * Beavers, otters/mongooses, and armadillos added to the 'rodent' family (yes, I'm aware otters aren't rodents in the real world; it still seems the closest match to me for being able to tame them!) * Sabrehorns added as a new family (perhaps allowing for horses as well) * Kunch...

Re: New Charity Pet Now Available: Shadow
Alright, but names? Encouraging people to donate to causes is more helpful if you offer the name(s) of the alternatives, so people can do research into the charity(ies) to donate to. :) And does a lot more than simply discouraging them from donating to a cause. If you have alternatives, then by all ...

Which group would you recommend giving your donations to instead?Sukurachi wrote:sadly, Blizzard chose to make the donations to the Red Cross, so I will be withholding this purchase, no matter how much I really want this pet.
I cannot condone giving money to as disorganized and dishonest a group as the Red Cross.

Re: FYI: Panthara in Seat of Triumverate tameable sans meat.
Same as with Dysphoria. I'm on the EU servers, if that makes a difference. My husband and I were duoing it, and I decided to grab one of the Alpha-colored ones. No problem (well, other than all of the aggro being randomly pulled by him even though he was doing nothing, and me almost dying.... so may...

Re: New Charity Pet Now Available: Shadow
I have a number of friends who live in the area of the disasters. I very much wish I could afford to buy one of these little fellows, both because it's nice to know the money is going to the right place *and* because they are adorable. I always am happy to see when Blizzard does things like this. It...

Has anyone tried the Darkmoon Faire potion? Hard to disappear into the darkness when you're already in the darkness.

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread
https://twitter.com/Muffinus/status/900518024045674496 Seems like it is indeed in the game and intended to be difficult to figure out. I'm suspecting it could be like some of the puzzle mounts and tames they add in: things aren't set into the game until it's already made it to live, in order to giv...

Re: Porcupine family renamed to Rodent family
I was literally about to make this very same thread. :D I can almost guarantee that it involves the Marsuul, but enough people have been begging for beavers, and a 'beaver' family wouldn't be reasonable as a single family... so I suspect that inserting them into that would work well. Maybe they can ...

Re: Pets disappeared after log out
You mention you had to relog due to framerate issues. I suspect that somewhere in the 'framerate issues', you may have spawned the juggernaut and not tamed it. The visual glitch you were having showed it, but you may not have actually *gotten* it. It sounds like a graphical error that hopefully got ...

Re: What removes visual effects on already tamed pets?
Considering the 'scaling' on all holiday bosses now, I would recommend that going into any holiday dungeon events should be assumed to wipe it as well (like Timewalking does).
Non-instanced scaling bosses should be fine, but anything that you have to instance/queue for, I'd consider a danger.
