I remember a discussion from while back considering this subject. Model editing is a bit of a slippery slope, but as long as it's a cosmetic change and not something game breaking, I don't think you can get banned for it.

Survival is my favourite spec (I raid, so I'm occasionally needed to switch to MM depending on the fight though).

Cat (Dragonhawk is present whenever we don't have a pocket lock in the raid).

He would show up during epic class quests, if someone tried to help you kill the elite monsters you were supposed to fight on your own as a hunter for Rok'delar, or complete the healing bit for Benediction as a priest.
