Sadly, I lost a bunch of characters on the PTR to the disconnect boss and didn't get a chance to really check them out in game

Honestly? I'd wait for 7.3 to drop. I keep leaving WoW for a month or two at a time and then returning, only to find out there is still nothing much to do (I don't raid, only run low-ish (~10) M+ with friends couple times a week on few characters and find current PvP more atrocious than Hunter Class...

Hopefully, there will be another NPC using the same skin or, as Wain said, a Gara-like way to get 'em. They're seriously cool looking, even without the moving liquid Void-like effect that Gara has.

But yeah, I agree with Wain: Barrage has not been the same since Legion rolled out. I usually use Crows on BM (scales well with Mastery) and Volley on MM (the numbers it pulls are not that much different from AMoC, and it's good in cleaving).
