Re: Share your post ~level-scaled world~ tames!

Ystelle is 110 now! She's not in heritage armor yet since I'm still a bit salty about it being a robe only :/ It is very beautiful though! https://i.imgur.com/8LYLgY7.jpg Another turtle! No idea on a name, yet, as usual. ( Update : this turtle's name is Bastille, since Ystelle didn't need another tu...

Re: Share your post ~level-scaled world~ tames!

Ahh I'm glad someone else actually wanted this! :P And thank-you! I'm actually not *certain* I want to have Astre, as I don't like the colours as much as I thought I would. But, I will see. I love that we both grabbed the same Devilsaur. It's such a pretty model but I've also never really desired to...

Share your ~level-scaled world~ tames! [img heavy]

I know we have a thread for showing off Legion-era tames and another for showing off Argus tames , but now that Classic-MoP content has been revamped for level-scaling and some allied races are out, I suspect many of you are re-experiencing the old world. Perhaps on an allied race, or maybe one of t...

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures

Mr. GM made a video about this very thing. The first model you posted is the most likely to be tamable, if Blizz decides for them to be. Ooh. I was just rummaging through datamined models, I hadn't even noticed the difference when they were first datamined. Edit: found the vid. Good lord, these thi...

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures

I'm sorry if it's been mentioned or discussed, but I've been wondering about the "Baby Brontosaurus" model (which shows up in this Wowhead post, although that same post has the same model called just "brontosaurus"--at least I think it's the same), and whether or not it might be ...

Re: Falconer NPCs have me jealous

I'm so excited for all these beautiful new birb models... but oh my gosh I would love this as a "trick" ability.

Edit: I am having a laugh at how unenthused Falconer Notley looks, though.

Re: Post Your Transmog Pics Here! [IMAGE HEAVY]

I came back to WoW just in time for Allied Races! My health took a nosedive for four months, but things are stable again now. First, I have my nightborne, Ystelle. She's changed mogs a whole lot while I've been leveling her. She's not wearing anything super original, but I'm still happy with her loo...

Re: Argus Pet Thread

As I said the other thread, that was discovered in the ptr and appears to be intended. Dismissing and whatnot will not remove the effect. Indeed, " Shadowcrazed Marsuul 110 Mac'Aree Retains its void effect after being tamed! Found around Isolon and Isolon Basin." ^ from the white pale blu...

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

I went to grab my last two kitties before doing anything else in mac'aree  Managed to get both with only one fail tame (I had four meats). Meat didn't react (I think I know why though). Might do more testing later today. Screenshots later. So that was: - Almost 800 kills before I saw my first m...

Re: So about the brown and blue talbuk on argus...

I believe they are part of the wrangling quest in the petrified forest. I'm assuming the idea was that you could grab talbuk outside of the forest. Next time I bring an alt through I'll check.

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

The point of my trials were to establish whether or not targeting the pet while throwing the meat or trapping the pet are required in order to tame. They are not. I've confirmed this many times on the PTR and once on live. However, I personally would still do both, to make the tames easier. The othe...

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

I am thinking, as many of you certainly are, that right now this is not a matter of a puzzle we haven't figured out (how to tame them 'properly') but just a buggy taming mechanic. I also think some npcs might be more prone to bugging than others. I'm thinking this is the issue. I also think it's sp...

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

I wonder if someone else throws the meat if I can do the tame? I had a friend on another realm with meat who wanted to help. :( I think this would almost certainly be possible. Both of you should spec into camo, and they can then they throw the meat without ever becoming visible to the cat. You bot...

Re: Rant Thread

Honestly, it sounds like you're having a flare up of depression or other health issues. I know I sounded awful this past week due to the hurricane keeping me from getting my refill. I'm slowly getting back onto them, and I am glad I at least have a crystal kitty or two. It's definitely a flare up. ...

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

Hi, I'm doing testing on the PTR now. 1) I tamed a panthara without having it targeted when I threw the meat. 2) I tamed a panthara from the front (I thought maybe being behind was important). 3) I tamed a sleeping panthara without freezing it. it stopped eating and attacked me but the tame still we...

Re: Rant Thread

Wow related since I cannot share personal information due to safety issues specific to me. I tried to get my mood up but I can't. Apparently, I'm now being griefed by members of the opposite faction with panthara already tamed. (Edit: for context, this is griefing on a pve server.) I've killed 400+...

Re: Panthara taming puzzle-solving thread

After 400+ kills and another 4-5 hours farming without counting anymore, I finally got some meat. Suddenly, they're dropping regularly for me, even though I'm farming the same mobs. Gotta love rng. Anyway, I have 5 meat on live for next week (wanted a few extra in case I screw up). I tamed the panth...

SylviaDragon - I sympathize.

I'm out. Good luck everyone (and that's /not/ a sarcastic good luck either).
