Re: Is LFR too easy in WoD?
Mogushan was not as easy as what Highmaul is now.

Re: No Flying in WoD period
Except WoW's subs are higher this expansion than the last few ever have been. I'm pretty sure since they announced no flying in draenor early on that it didn't deter people as much as you think or else WoW wouldn't have gone from 7.5 million to more than 10 million subs at the release of Warlords(w...

Re: Gotta love the stable!
If you favourite them only those you have marked will show :) else its just random mounts in your entire collection! I wondered about that. I'll have to try it. Since I use an add-on to choose random mounts instead of the built in feature, I have never bothered with marking favorites. If that works...

Re: Is LFR too easy in WoD?
No it shouldn't be too hard but it's so easy now that it's ridiculous.

Re: No Flying in WoD period
My only suggestion for the people who are so worked up over not being able to fly is to go to a different game that allows you to fly until WoW lets you fly later on. Actually, that's a big part of the issue. There are very few other games where flying exists and having flying mounts has been a maj...

Is LFR too easy in WoD?
I feel that the LFR version of Highmaul is too easy and the jump in difficulty from it to Normal is too great. The difference between LFR and flex in MoP was much less. Wipes were possible in MoP LFR but I cant even imagine one happening now. Normal is now supposedly equal to what flex was then so w...

Re: Gotta love the stable!
Do you really have to turn a topic not about flying into flying again? Because that's a little unnecessary. According to you. The topic is the stable and my post directly relates to it. It also bothers me that the Seahorse floats around in there. The point is that everyone knows you're bothered you...

Re: Gnome Hunter
It's not the height, it's the fact Gnomes taste a lot better to the beasts they will try to tame than Goblins do. Goblins taste nasty. Gnomes are like dog treats.Tenryu wrote:Well about time! I don't play gnomes but since goblins can be hunters, I don't see the problem with their height.

Re: BM dps issue
The problem as I see it, is the class and the 3 disciplines. Those that have played Everquest will remember the BeastLord and the Ranger. I see the BM Hunter similar to the BeastLord, and the MM Hunter similar to the Ranger. The BeastLord/BeastMaster aids the pet in doing damage. The Ranger/ Marksm...

Re: BM solo/questing
I still use a ferocity specced Spirit Beast for just about everything. I see little need for tenacity but in the rare occasions when it might help, I use my fairly newly acquired Clefthoof. I never cared for the Shale Spiders. My active pets, other than the Spirit Beast are there mostly because of t...

Re: No Flying in WoD period
In my opinion, not having flying makes having the stable in your garrison pretty much mandatory. The 20% speed boost plus the immunity to being stunned somewhat alleviates the inconvenience of being grounded. It's still not enough though.

I mention LFR only because it was already brought up and commented on by others. For example, in the post I quoted.

Re: No Flying in WoD period
I actually have no doubt that if the entire player base was actually polled, wanting flying would win by at least a 60-40 marginAdamSavage wrote:It seems to be a split based on who you talk to, but even then.. It's such a small sample of players. People might even change their mind, later in the expansion.

Re: Possibly No Flying in WoD
Well you can actually fly, with the rocket. However, it's slow and it only last 60 seconds. It's better then nothing though.. I'm not sure what you would call the rockets ? Flying, even in real world is limited by how much fuel the aircraft has to some degree. So even that is not constant. Unless y...

Re: Possibly No Flying in WoD
Well....hate to tell ya but the poll hosted in mmo champion seems to show majority players don't mind not being able to fly. I'm amongst those that don't mind it either. I was speaking of flying via animal...which majority of our mounts are animals of sorts. And yes, this isn't gonna be a big expan...

Re: BM dps issue
Aside from a severe case of "special snowflake" syndrome, I have no idea why anyone would want one definitive "best" pet. Would you actually enjoy having to be obligated to use one particular pet all the time, no matter the situation, instead of just what buff is needed/your per...

Re: BM dps issue
I can't confirm that SV is that bad off. I did Highmaul normal and we had 3 hunters, one of each spec. On both multi and single targets, the SV Hunter won out by considerable margins. I was very slightly behind the MM guy but SV beat both of us by more than 1k DPs. I also tried MM with Lone Wolf in ...
