Use it while next to someone with the Arcanite Ripper and you can run around while strumming your guitar. You can even go into combat with it. Although all you see are arrows firing out from an undead on a guitar.

Actually there was an Atiesh for druids. At the time, druids only rolled as resto. Feral/balance were utterly horrible.
