This depends on what you intend on doing, if you intend on going to max level, twinking, etc. For leveling in BGs as a hunter I reccomend Survival or MM, depending on which you play better, Survival has plenty of burst and instant casts to keep kiting melee players, MM is more of a stand your ground...
