I have the Yellow, Green and Blue ones. The Red still eludes me.

I'm thinking of just grinding AT badges and doing dungeon runs for the last four -- unless a new way to collect mounts comes out in 4.2.

It's still about 20 minutes, give or take, on Alterac.

I actually don't mind that length of time. It gives me a chance to so something else, like farm leather or do dailies, while waiting to get into a dungeon group.

In AQ40, at least:

yellow silithid -- Yellow Qiraji Battle Tank
blue silithid -- Blue Qiraji Battle Tank
green silithid -- Green Qiraji Battle Tank

Now we just need tamable red and (very rarely) black silithids to complete the sets.
