I've also been having this with random pets in Beta too. I figured it was some sort of a glitch.

Would be super neat if they changed the goblin starting pet to some sort of a mecho pet like the gnome has...maybe a crab, chicken, or squirrel to start with since both can tame them right off why not both start with one instead of only one? :) Just to be fair, I'm sure hunter goblins wouldn't mind ...

We loose ALL our glyphs in Legion :( Both are learned and become a spell in your spell book. The fetch works just the same, but the play dead is a bit tricky...they do not pop up when you do and it is a different button unlike before when you feigned they did too. There is also a timer on it but you...

Not sure if anyone had noticed that the worgen vendor right next to the mission map in the lodge now has things to sell? Well on his back page you can buy for 50G each the spell to teach pet fetch and play dead....so happy since we loose our glyphs and those two are my most used and favorite glyphs...

Also, interestingly, the name for that basilisk's skin file is "Felslate", so it sounds like it might have been designed for that purpose. The purple one is called "Leystone", which is the other type of mining node, so it's entirely plausible that basilisks will spring from thos...

I'd love to see a realistic looking lynx/bobcat in the game to tame.

Have they actually given the MM their pets back in Alpha yet? Last I looked it was a big no...really want to play my MM but refuse to do it without the pet because of sentimental reasons.

Has anyone listed kitties yet? They already have the perfect model to start with in a battle pet, the flux-fire feline Just bigger and different colors..or even with stripes <3 And also a bear just like the battle pet bear.

The ears look better too, the other ones ears looked kind of pointed So VERY happy they changed it. Does anyone know if they have given MM thier pets back yet? Mine still was unable to call a pet tonight when I checked.
