Re: RP Character Idea Good or Bad
Your character COULD happen, but it's unlikely. Some notes on your concept: * Shamanism would be a practical choice for a character of that background. * It's unclear when goblins first met tauren, but I'd estimate it would have happened about 11 years ago, during the Third War. Not sure when the Ve...

Re: Karoma Wallpaper
I think the tail and flank look okay, but I'd go in and add the claws. He looks a little odd without them!

Very pretty! Though, is he supposed to have gaps on his flank, tail and claws?

Re: Roleplay idea for my hunter
There's no precedent in the lore for anything like this happening. If there's no precedent, it's generally best not to do it. Plus, although you could dress your hunter in robes and wear a staff, you couldn't actually demonstrate any magical abilities besides "summoning" the cats. It's usu...

Re: Playable race model revamp in the works
I hope at the least when they do complete the model revamp that there's more than 5 options for customization. Maybe de-link eyes and face, and potentially add new things, like scars as you guys are suggesting. I'm not sure that the engine could handle different heights/builds, but I'm sure there's ...

Re: addon/option to hide tabard?)
There doesn't appear to be. Either you need to wear it all the time so you don't forget, or remember to slip it on each time you enter a dungeon.
Bleh, I wish they'd let us transmog or hide tabards. Nothing kills a lovely pink outfit like the Earthen Ring tabard.

Re: What's your preference for a solo-tanking pet?
I prefer a shale spider, myself. The embrace of the shale spider buff gives a nice boost to both master and pet.
For low levels, a bear is probably best, with their AoE special.

Re: End Game Cinematic(SPOILERS!!!!) + Short Story
King Chin versus Garrosh Potatohead. Either way, we lose. Actually, come to think of it... Neither of them do much directly this expansion in-game, do they? Garrosh mouths off at Vol'jin in a flashback, pops up late in Stonetalon to toss a guy off a mesa, threatens to kill your character in an Ashen...

Re: Does anyone else think Dragonsoul is kindergarten mode?
I don't raid, but I'm grateful that they ratcheted the difficulty down. My guild is full of people, that, while otherwise fun to play with are terrible at raiding (the guild only earned the Blackwing Descent raid achievement AFTER 4.3 launched) and I'm sure there's tons more like mine. Tons of guild...

Why would they tease us with these shiny dragons and then not implement them? Why?

Feel free to make your own like Lupis suggested. Just check and make sure that it's not shared with any really important characters, or else people might get confused and think you're trying to jam a famous relative into your character's history.

Just remember that some hairstyles/tauren horn styles aren't available on the character creation screen. See the barber if you want the full range!

Re: End Game Cinematic(SPOILERS!!!!) + Short Story
Actually, Aritria, Maiev will probably get her story finished. She's popped up in the recent novel, Wolfheart, but there's not good news if you like her. She ends up disgusted with the direction society is heading in and attempts to murder Malfurion before being driven out. With that kind of attitud...

Re: general thoughts on the Worgen starter area
Well here's a bit of spoilers.... Varian is actually looking to Genn and the worgens for help. Why? to control his own rage/anger issues. So, at what level does this section of the story continue? I'm curious as to whether I should be seeking out specific quests, or if this is from end-game dungeon...

What a beautiful mount, and so fitting with your favorite. I couldn't pay that much money for a ground-only mount myself, but whatever makes you happy! I hope that they eventually share all mounts (and companions) to account like they're hoping to so all your characters can share in the tallstridery...

Re: general thoughts on the Worgen starter area
I enjoy the worgen starting zone, too. The set pieces are unique and lovely, the music fittingly ominous, and you quickly move through an intense series of events. The only problem is its conclusion: you're dumped in Darnassus without a glimmer of Gilneas's fate. The only "conclusion" you ...

Re: End Game Cinematic(SPOILERS!!!!) + Short Story
Then again...sylvanas has probably lost a boob or two at one point considering shes rotting. "Yes, they're real. No, they're not mine, but they're real!" Of course, people wouldn't like Sylvanas as much if she actually showed signs of decay. Anyways, back to the dragony stuff. The dragons...

Re: End Game Cinematic(SPOILERS!!!!) + Short Story
"Immortal" is a kinda weird word in Warcraft. Since "immortals" like Malygos can clearly be killed, my guess is that it means that immortals are free to age and have a usable body infinitely unless something explicitly kills them, like disease, wounds, whatever. Instead of their ...
