So on the PTR, before I was summoned by Odin, I had to use the NPC to finish the Pathfinder pt 1 and 2... and then the option to start the quest at the Lodge opened up. I hope that's not a prereq, is it?

No if you have to learn it by book then they're not exotic. Direhorns have shown that to be at least true. But I have to level the BM weapon all the way up? I have the marksman bow all the way up with traits... that was my primary. That makes no sense to me. You should only have to get at least ONE ...

I just discovered that the trinket proc on Oakenheart's Gnarled Root, which is on attack and SPELL CAST, can kill the beast you are trying to tame. It does 171K shadow damage over 6 seconds. I've attempted to tame 2 rares, and both times the trinket proc'd and I got to watch the tames burn to death....

And THIS is precisely why I want Sandrene's Invisible Vest for mogging. Why bother having cool body tattoos if I am forced to cover them up completely with my armor? By the way, they just announced that DH come out on August 9th. Don't know if it was mentioned. Most of the DH armor is rather reveal...

How much time did you have on Spoils doing it solo at 110? That seems to be the thing that's tripping me up on live, though to be fair I haven't tried it in a while. I don't know if they've fixed the puzzle, but with the 8 light one (the last one I did) I have actually "broken" the light puzzle before. If you get down to one lit dot for the 8 light puzzle, you may need to reset the instance.

Yes that has definitely changed. In the vid you can actually see them soaring over top of Aspect of the Turtle. Those are like tossed every 6 seconds, and tame takes 8ish? Very much a pita otherwise. Glad all spec's have it.

I was afraid it'd be more difficult. The worst part is getting up that hill to prepare for the jump and float. And the 2 elite orcs toss stun bombs so Aspect of the Turtle is pretty essential, much like getting Friender and N.U.T.Z. while taming.
