I think Blizzard just needs to take a more aggressive approach with this, and do something that covers any potential pathing issue. It's intentional. Hati's Kill Command does 30% damage and Hati's Beast Cleave does 75% damage.

Green Mechanowolf. Bring to 30% health to tame.

edit: easy tame. Just pet tanked with a tenacity turtle (though I do have 848 ilvl).

Well I'm there but I'm not even able to attack it to try and bring its health down.

I copied my 110 Hunter twice just in case something bugged out, but yeah I have no NPCs (or players for that matter) anywhere on the island. Did get hit by anti-air.

I'm there but don't see any NPCs at all. Need a quest or something?
