I got what I believe is my server's first Terrorpene, but strangely enough I got nothing but nice whispers, grats, and "Where did you get that awesome flaming turtle?" questions.

Is it weird that I can see the next Spirit Beast being a Gyreworm (or at least using the same base skin)? Just as a way to keep the regular Gyres elementals and throw a bone to the Hunter community.

Huh. Neither of my Hunters have full stables. I guess I'm the odd one out in this case.

I just managed to tame Olm on Mok'Nathal, 7:09 ST at the same place Kormai did.

So glad to have that done and out of the way! M'N is such a quiet server, and yet there were three other Hunters in the area checking in for our wise, spirit-y friend.

I have a mix of males and females, but I have more male pets than female ones. I don't really gender define my pets until I name them, unless it has a gender defined model like Loque and Sambas.

I think the kittens look really cute when they're small. Like with the Polar Bear cub that was tamable in the Wrath beta, those kitties weren't meant to "grow up" like that, thus the models looking funky when they become Hunter Pets.

Sheesh! Would you look at the size of that thing? He's almost the size of a mount! *cowers*

Cats! I'm making a third Hunter to be my Crazy Cat Character because I don't have any room on my main and my secondary has a spirit/see-through theme going on.

All in all, I LOVE me some cats. There are so many skins to choose from!

I think what the Petopia Core Hound page means is- unused as a Beast, not an unused skin within the game.

Aw darn, that's one of the reasons I tamed a monkey. Named him Jack and got him in the color of the PotC monkey too! The pick was a bonus, since the little bugger was such a thief in the movies.

I don't really know about Ghost Howl's respawn time, but here's a bit of info on him:

He USED to be a rare spawn. This was changed because he drops an item that leads into a quest. So he probably has a fairly low spawn time now.
