Exact same thing happened to me when I was trying to tame Arcturius on my gnome.

I've run into a problem with my gnome hunter. Can't tame the Pandaria hidden beasts. The time it takes to tame one is just a little too long to get one in the flare. At least it was that way with Rockhide. Tried a few times but just couldn't get it. Not sure if concussive shot would do any good eith...

Was able to get Friender at 38 using a 100 hunter and a Disc Priest to bubble me. Otherwise it'll one shot you then go after whoever else is in the room.

It makes sense in that finding a stable master outside a major city can be a real hassle. There are two ways to resolve that. One is to stick stable masters all over the place. The other is some kind of remote stable access. Either way they will need to make it easier on hunters who want to swap out...

I suspect there will be a lot of green-themed mounts in our future.

In light of this thread I think a mobile stable option would be a better choice than expanded stables.

I understand both sides of the argument. I have two hunters with 50+ pets and only 2-3 spots open (and a third with 25+). I remember the days of only having 3-5 pets and it sucked when you wanted/needed to tame another and had to let one go. At the same time, having 50 pets means you don't use them ...

Has anyone mentioned larger stables yet? I'm already at capacity with two of my hunters and though I could release a few to free space for new tames like the mechanicals I might have to start releasing some of my other rare tames which would be a shame.
