The tamed foals have been changed to regular blue Vorquin on the 10.1.5 PTR. Unclear if this is a bug or not, as it's rather odd not to just push out that change with a normal patch day like the wolves, fire pets, ect, but I'd be wary in preparation, just in case.

From my understanding, there was a bug at the start of Dragonflight involving a quest item; not going to go into details cause of issues it caused that aren't Petopia-friendly but it got definitively fixed ages ago.

Yes - I apply buffs to a pet and test and I can confirm that Timewalking and Arenas still clear buffed pets. Also, for some reason, occasionally a Yogg-Saron fight.
