Re: Hunter Pets and Island Expeditions
Playing a healer and I'd absolutely expect the hunter to keep growl on. DPS is tank, unless you have a very OCD tank, why wouldn't you?

Re: "Banded" Wolf?
As an update, these pups are still not tameable (which is odd, they're listed on Petopia as tameable) and the banded ones appear to be gone, as well.

Hippogryph Sound Bug
So, I've been inactive for a few months. There's a bug I reported awhile back, but I was disappointed on resub to find that it's still bugged. Hippogryphs make phoenix sounds now. When mounted, when the mount gets hurt, etc. I miss & love the old ones; anyone else noticed this, or know anything ...

Second Taming Pass?
There was a thread earlier (2nd page or so now I think) about how many of the BfA pets are still untameable. There's a lot of unique looks locked behind strangely-untameable creatures. There's also loads of animals (dinos all over Zandalar being a big one--many of the devilsaurs, trikes, saurids, pt...

Re: Helping Alliance get the White Cobra
I have an Alliance and a Horde (who can pick up the quest/hasn't completed it) on EU. Can't guarantee it'll work with sharding, but I can both invite and summon.
Just poke me here, hopefully I wouldn't take more than a day or two to respond. Alternatively mail Ripgrin-ArgentDawn (Horde) in-game.

The tooltip on Beast Lore now shows Meat (Raw) and Meat (Cooked) so it may vary by pet?

Re: Zandalari Pets & Tameability Rate
Me? No, but I was around for ages x) Can't take her glory!! That's great news, Valnaaros! I really do hope to see the black/red skyscreamer available at some point, too. I've tamed a couple of them and didn't expect to love them this much. They're big, flappy, goofy and beautiful. Their eyes have in...

Re: Collsal water serpent -dhorde side need help-ally hunter
Whuumper, are you EU or US? Need to let us know :) I can try to help on EU side at least. I abandoned quest so I can summon him whenever; but sharding will always be an issue. What you can TRY is, arrange for it to be done, then if you have a friend on Horde, get them there--you'll need the invite t...

Pterrordaxes are pretty damn large. Bake & throw Kibler's Bits on if you want extra size!

Zandalari Pets & Tameability Rate
Just wondering, why is such a high percentage of the Zandalari animal population untameable? I'd have assumed all examples of a tameable family should, unless the animal has good reason, be tameable. But the VAST majority of raptors, saurids, devilsaurs, pterrordaxes, even direhorns etc that I come ...

Re: Taming Bonescreamer and the bugfest that followed
I believe this is because this mob is solely phased to people who have Skinning. I completed the quest before I heard of the bug, ran back, and Bonescreamer doesn't appear for me. My guess is a designer made it so only Skinners could see this mob, and now there are issues because of it. A shame on ...

He has varying dialogue depending on class.
To my druid, he said something like... we protect the balance of nature, life and death and so on--"But as a druid, you already know this, don't you? Be welcome in our grove." Something along those lines.

Ahhh, gotcha! Thanks! Man, some of those as-is (as in, in my screenshots, not with armor/saddle) would make pretty awesome pets. They look tribally decorated!

What do you mean by the mount body, out of interest? Is there a similar mount?Wain wrote:Interesting find! It looks like they accidentally selected the mount body instead of the wild version. It probably should be reported.

"Banded" Wolf?
Anyone know if this guy is tameable? - shows as "cannot be tamed" but has Meat diet. I haven't got a hunter levelling yet to test it, nor do I see it on Petopia's list (I might have missed it, am super tired). https://i.imgur.com/9kZ3K8J.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Kwmzdcv.jpg There's only on...

Re: Some pets have unique attack speeds again -Broken Tooth
The white frostsabers (pure white) apparently have 1.5 when tamed. Lord Lakmaeran (long untameable) for those interested has a default 2.0. I'm going through my pets list now. Most have normal 2.0, and that includes loads of spirit beasts, wolves, rares, etc. White Frostsaber - 1.5 Ramparts (I think...

Thanks! But, I THINK those are the yellow, unless you've seen beige too? If so I'll go grab one but I couldn't find any.Rawr wrote:North Barrens has quite a few.
Valnaaros, much appreciated. The site itself listed them as none being tameable, so I was worried--I haven't got the beta. Thanks!
