Re: Barrens and Long Island pics
Very nice pictures. I've been to the barrens down in southern New Jersey. The three times I've been it has been in the middle of the night, and it was exceedingly spooky. My friend turned off the lights on his car and it was completely black, the dark just enveloped everything in an instant and you ...

Re: what languages do you know?
English (obviously), a fair amount of Italian, and a very little Spanish.
I try to practice the Italian in my head sometimes, but it doesn't work all that well. If only I had more free time to invest in studying when I was taking the classes in college...

Re: Just had a "you know you play too much wow when..." mome
Yesterday before I went to work I had to run a couple errands. On my way out of the parking lot to drive home I noticed a large orange-ish tarp next to a building and thought "Oh good, I found the mid-summer tent for this zone..."

Re: How long have you been playing wow?
I've been playing off and on for about 4 or 5 years. I honestly don't even remember the year itself. I just recall watching my younger brother playing around Thanksgiving time, and seeing him tame a crocolisk in Loch Modan. I was so intrigued he let me start a character on his account, a gnome rogue...

Re: Petopians RP Night Summary (For June 11, 2010)
I enjoyed the event quite a bit. First time I've ever involved myself in anything like that, was a good experience. I sort of instilled some of my own trepidation into the character I suppose, as I was uncertain of how it would play out I spent a good while sitting and observing, trying to feel out ...

Re: What pets for leveling?..
I rolled with a bear from about level 15 up until the past few days when I hit 60. I still plan to use him, but switched over to one of my ferocity pets to get him caught back up, and to see what kind of difference there was in terms of how long it was taking to burn down mobs. I think bears are an ...

Sounds like a fun time. Wish I could have joined in but I was out of town and just got done with my drive back from Iowa. I imagine due to the responses I've seen though, that this will not be the last time for guildy goodness out there.

Re: A sign of thing to come????
I suddenly have an urge to go hunt down Stitches... Duskwood was creepy good fun the very first time. It's so spooky and ominous. And when the alarm goes out that Stitches is on his way down the road, demolishing the night watch along the way; that's just awesome. No matter where I go in that zone, ...

I love that crab with the glowing patches down the center of the shell!
There's some weird looking critters in that there video as well.

Re: Level 1 Starting Pets
I like those choices for the most part. I suppose I probably would have preferred a scorpid to a boar for the orc start pet, but that's just because I'm not a big fan of boars. Then again, the odds that I'll be rolling another orc hunter anytime soon isn't all that high anyway. It isn't a bad choice...

I was sort of hoping to be first to say furbolgs. Have always liked them.
Also, gnolls. I would play a gnoll.

I must admit, I like the look of Lakeshire as a wintry wonderland. In all honesty, I think it is much more attractive than the orange-ness of current Redridge.

Haha, I literally just had some fun doing that Crew Under Fire quest last night. I had never heard of it prior, and so thought it very strange that upon completion the Captain tells you to perhaps chat to some of the crew members... and then you can't talk to any of them and she offers up the same q...

As far as prop planes go I'm a Mustang fan, but my favorite is probably the P-38 Lightning. It's just so different than any of the other fighters of that era.
Packed a hell of a punch too.

They have some based near where I live, which I have always liked because it means I get to see them flying around fairly often. They've been among my favorite aircraft since I was a kid. Forget missiles, give me a gun that's bigger than a Volkswagen and spews depleted uranium slugs the size of a co...
