Are they playing with the size now or is this just some random thing? Is anyone else's pup going micro?

Beast loring and taming it can be completely different, sometimes items show different stats than what they actually are after an update. Can anyone try to tame another pup and see what happens?

Perhaps another post or two should be made just for scorpions? One Alliance, one Horde? The wolf groups seem to be far easier to handle.

When/if the Horde fire scorpion group gets going in time, would greatly appreciate an invite. Unfortunately I can't donate much myself, but I'm willing to wait in line if that's what it takes.

Does a level 100 trial character satisfy the requirements? Other words, if you wanted the scorpion, could you make a level 100 trial shaman to get your warlock into the instanced Firelands? Flying is a good point - while I don't think there are any areas that are totally inaccessible on foot around the Isles... If I'm not mistaken, you're not able to obtain the tome until you complete the campaign for the class mount, which someone pointed out will take a minimum of 11 weeks. Unless something changes, we won't be taming feathermanes for a few months.
