Re: Pet-related differences between Classic and BfA
I feel it will be nice to see the "Rare" tames back that have been removed. I still have my Murderous Blisterpaw Hyena, though he his now the same as any orange hyena. I also do remember when I first tamed Takk the Leaper, he was really fast.

Re: Feeding Mechanical Pets
I would think insulated wiring and chemical blasting caps would work as food. Insulated Wiring does count as mechanical pet food, but its too low level for 120 pets. The blasting caps do not. I talked about this a bit in the Feeding Pets-food on the action bar thread. Is there anything that blacksm...

Any idea what to feed your mechanical pet when Ghost Iron Bolts are too low level? I am now level 119.

Re: The New PetEmote Thread - BfA Family Emotes
Looks like it is fixed. Tested with a couple animals, my Spirit Raptor and my Hyena. No errors when PetEmote triggered. Good work.

Re: The New PetEmote Thread - BfA Family Emotes
Where would you like us to post bug reports on PetEmote? I just posted one on CurseForge, but want to know if you would like it here as well?

I have not been in a raid for probably 4 or 5 years. Have only done one dungeon in the last 3, LOL.

Re: Battle for Azeroth Alpha/Beta General Thread
I have actually been enjoying the Survival Spec, though I was a BM spec since vanilla. Couple things I don't like, the Camo being in the same line as Trailblazer. I like having both. Also the change back to fixed pet specs. Being able to choose which ever pet you want to use and spec it as you like ...

Re: Battle for Azeroth Alpha/Beta General Thread
No, in BC he was specifically described as BM, he just didn't have a ranged weapon. That was something BM Hunters could do back in the day, be just melee (yeah I know you couldn't raid with it but you couldn't raid as a Panzerkin either, didn't make it any less fun or doable for 5 mans and leveling...

Re: Pet diets that encompass "cooked" but not "raw"
I have noticed that the Wolfhawks are listed as eating everything, but they will not eat the Dried Mackerel Strips (cooked fish). Also does not eat the Bear Tartare (cooked Fatty Bearsteak). My Hyena also will not eat the Bear Tartare. Oh, Hi all. Been a long time since I have been here. Wow, it ha...

Yes, Sewer Beast is fine. I just saw him. Was trying to get a screenshot, but he was killed before I could get it. I am happy that he is still around. I have him on a few of my hunters, but not all.

Re: Aggressive pet stance has been removed
It is a completely stupid idea. Defensive stance already does what the new stance does, and the few times I do pvp I do use the aggressive stance, or when hunting Horde in Stormwind/Ironforge.

Re: AMAZING PTR Change for us Hunters.
I personally don like the removal of the "Happiness" feature. Yes I know it does little functionally as "Loyality" was removed long ago. But the pet getting hungry, requiring us to "care" for it, is important to many of us. I have posted feedback on the WoW PTR forums. ...

Re: Your first pet/long camp/exciting tame/whatever
I think the most exciting tame I ever did was when my son and I crept into ZG to tame the Red Raptors. We did the first creep with just the two of us, NE hunters. We go to the back southwest corner where there were 3 raptors. Then we found that they were linked. So we died. Then we did it again but ...

Re: I still didn't believe people actually do it @w@
I actually had this happen to me. I had been looking for the Blue Madexx on Jolyroger, my main. Finally found him, dropped down and started to tame. Was about half way thru the tame when an Alliance Warrior showed up. He hovered for a second or two, then dropped down, and killed Madexx just before m...

On PTR, I checked the 3 hives in Silithis, the one in Feralus, and the one in Ungoro.
All the ant type were tamable. Screenies included.

Ya ya ya. Let me get a screenie or two.
hehehe
You can trust me, I am Alliance, LOL.
EDIT:
Hazzali and Centipaar Workers. Screenies included. Now notice the size difference between the tamed Hazzali and the Centipaar. But I am sure it will get all worked out.

Ant Silithids are TAMABLE in 4.1 PTR, other than Swarmers
I logged into PTR, went to Tanaris, and tamed a Green Silithid Ant, cannot remember the actual name. Same as the swarmer I had, but when I tamed it and it shrunk, it was so tiny. Dismissed and recalled, still the size of a puppy (not dog/wolf). I checked the Dune Rattlers and the other snakes, still...
