I love them. I think they're asking way too much for the kittens, but I suppose I'm spoiled because I usually get mine for free or close to it (I volunteer at a shelter so not only are they less because they're rescue cats but I have 'credit' if I want one.)
I still, however, want one something fierce.

someday I'll find someplace to host a sig that isn't stupid money-grubbing photobucket

I usually don't care much about cat breeds, but oh god this breed is something different. I want one badly!
Re: A cat with the Worgen curse irl
I looked into the lykoi myself...I got diagnosed with an allergy to cats not too long ago. I'm certainly not going to kick my current two kitties to the curb - that would be wrong. But we're going to have to be more picky about future cats; we'll be wanting low-allergen breeds and varieties.
I asked the breeder if they knew if the lykoi were low-allergen...and apparently, they are not, sadly.
So I think I'll be back to my original thought of getting a male Sphynx and naming him Smeagol.
Lykoi are awesome-looking cats, though. I approve of them.

Sphynxes aren't low-allergen either since it's the dandruff and spit that people are allergic to, not the fur. I -THINK- maybe rexes might be, since I know poodles are (for dogs). Someone once told me that Maine Coons were hypoallergenic too but I have no idea how that would work, hah. You should do some digging, I think.

Ragdoll cats as well as true Siamese are, Mainecoons are also in that category. Contrary to what I thought coat length has little to do with allergies to animals its the type of dandruff and coat that's most important. Also light colored cats have a lower allergen rating than dark ones.
